Oh these kids...They were so cute! What a fun Halloween party we had. Special Thanks go to Alena's mom, Stratton's mom and Reese's mom for their planning and fun party. The kids were all happy and seemed to have a GREAT time. A thank-you to all of you who sent treats! You are all wonderful, supportive parents and I appreciate all you do. This week we are reading a book about the city. Our spelling words will be: in the city it so Pretty easy, so I'm hoping everyone gets 100%! Our rhyme this week will be: "Sing, sing, what shall I sing? The cat's run away with the pudding string. Do, do What shall I do? The cat's run away with the pudding, too!" Learning nursery rhymes really helps in the reading process so please read and recite them often. We will also be learning all about Thanksgiving and doing lots of projects related to the Pilgrims and our great country. Hope you all had a fun Halloween. Mrs. Hamblin |
