Our Last Week!

Wow, can you believe that we finally made it?! We made it through the spelling tests, math, reading and all of our fun art projects.
This week we will be doing lots of different activities.
Monday will be All American Day: We will write an American Poem, put patriotic words in alphabetic order, learn more about different Presidents, learn about famous American sites, and make a patriotic wreath.

Tuesday we will be having a read-a-thon, so send pillows, blankets and fun books from home and then at 10:30 we will be walking to Ramsey Park. Please remember to send in permission slips so your child can go! Also please send a sack lunch, water bottle and slather them in sun screen.

Wednesday we will be making Memory Books of our year together, Making a Penny for Good Luck next year, and then in the afternoon we will be having our water day. Please send extra dry clothes for them to change into afterwards, and slather them in sun screen again!

Thursday we will be cleaning our room and desks, autographing T-shirts (please send in an old white T-Shirt that we can all write on) and having an Olympic Day with bubbles, chalk, hula-hoops and medals.

Friday we will say good-bye and send them home to you. School only lasts for 1 1/2 hours so be ready to welcome them home for the summer early.

Make sure you check out our CUTE pictures below! Make sure you watch to the end because it cycles through a few pictures before you actually see them all. They are SO cute!

It has been a pleasure being with your children this year. Mrs. Hamilton and I have enjoyed every minute with these kids. They are fantastic!
Thank-you for all your support and help!
